Property Management:

Some of the services Barefoot Rental Management provides to our property owners are as follows:

1)  Barefoot rental Management markets your property through the SC MLS. The MLS will feed it to other sites such as  Realtor.com, Homesnap.com and Facebook Marketplace.  

2) We check credit, criminal, and eviction backgrounds. We verify employment and rental history. We follow Fair Housing Rules during the application process while selecting the right tenant for your property.

3)  We handle all the repairs for you through the use of reliable vendors. 

4)   BRM represents you in court if an eviction is filed on the tenant.

5)   Owners are paid monthly via direct deposit.  Also, a monthly statement is emailed to the owner after payment has been processed. 

Owners also have access to our system via an owner portal where they can see their statement.
